Imagine a single inbox for all your text communications; Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more. Automatically fill your ATS with every written word, and automate your messaging pipelines with ease.

A LinkedIn message arrives in an existing conversation. The candidate’s positive reply is labelled Interested. Daan approves an AI proposal to save their phone number, then continues the same conversation on WhatsApp.

Every meeting transcribed, summarised and stored.

Simply transcribes every candidate or client meeting; online, offline, or on the phone. Our AI then extracts data fields, like salary expectations or skills required, and generates custom summaries to store in your ATS.

Phone calls, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meetings, and in-person conversations become a stored transcript and summary. In this example, a Northwind vacancy intake yields five cited job requirements that fill previously empty vacancy fields. AI proposes a shortlist follow-up task and matching candidates to the discussed vacancy. The illustration shows approval before creating the task and finding three matches.

Easily import contacts from LinkedIn using Simply’s Chrome extension. For vacancies, Simply connects to many online portals, allowing you to scrape incoming vacancies the minute they appear.

Deliberately designed to work with Simply, our agentic AI is your very own personal assistant. Beyond searching and managing data, it can also write emails, generate CV’s, customise your workspace, and so much more.

Simply Ask opens from the Simply button on a candidate record. A recruiter asks it to use Thomas Marken’s latest call to update his availability and create a CV in the company’s branding. It cites the call, proposes two changes, and applies them after approval. A branded CV is then ready to download. What makes Simply a Cloud Operating System?

Simply’s suite of recruitment tools goes far beyond what you would expect from a simple ATS or CRM. Our vision is to build the final piece of software a recruitment agency needs to run its entire operation. We do that by combining sourcing, communications, document management and data control into a single workspace, and then offering an AI and automation layer on top of that.

What does “Bring your own AI key” mean?

Any operation that needs artificial intelligence in its process — CV parsing, AI chat and others — has to run that process through an AI provider in order to complete. Simply users are encouraged to get their own API key from their preferred vendor (OpenAI or Anthropic) and save it in their Simply account. That way all AI traffic is routed through your own key and you get full control over your AI cost management and intelligence levels. We can still provide an API key for anyone who does not want to bring their own, at a small surcharge. For reference, the average AI process at high intelligence costs between € 0.01 and € 0.03, with our average customer spending about € 50 per month in AI fees for their entire operation.

What is the price of a data migration?

Once you are convinced Simply is right for you and want to switch, our migration team helps you transfer your data and set up your workspace, completely free for a limited time. Importing data yourself with the CSV importer is always a free option.

How secure is my data?

Security is our top priority. Not only is Simply ISO 27001 certified, our lead engineer also has a strong background in cybersecurity at financial institutions. Beyond that we host all of our data on EU servers, run daily back-ups, and are constantly conducting security training and internal pentesting. Our customers have been trusting Simply with their data since 2023, and we have never had to breach that trust.

Can I connect Simply to my Claude or ChatGPT environment?

You can connect Simply to your preferred AI environment through our MCP connections. That lets you communicate directly with your data, and manage changes to your system.
