When using the Candidate Intake Conversation profile, you can now directly tap into powerful candidate analysis by selecting the Candidate Insights tab:


Simply has now been expertly trained on a carefully curated selection of 40 personality traits, inspired by respected and validated models such as the Hogan Personality Inventory and the Big Five Personality Traits.

Within seconds, recruiters can gain crystal-clear visibility into each candidate's standout personality traits, backed by transparent explanations and specific, quote-supported examples from the actual interview conversation:



Armed with Candidate Insights, recruiters can now represent their candidates better than ever—making confident, evidence-based recommendations to clients and hiring managers.
