Release Notes V1.0.0
Introduction
This is the first of many release notes we’ll be sharing with our users. These updates are designed to keep you informed with the latest news, fresh off the press! Last week some of our team attended the Recruitment Tech Day and gave a workshop about using Simply in the recruitment process. Afterwards, we got an opportunity to speak with a lot of users and prospective users and learn more about their specific needs when it comes to using AI to automate the recruitment process. This gave us a lot of insight and helped shape our roadmap for the weeks to come.

1. Simply Ask
Introducing Simply Ask, a powerful new feature that brings ChatGPT-like interactivity directly to the output summary page. With Simply Ask, users can:
- Ask questions to the full transcript of the conversation and the output summary.
- Ask questions or instruct Simply to dive deeper into specific topics from the conversation, to help complete the output.
This feature is a stepping stone toward more integrated, customizable capabilities. Whether you're refining summaries or seeking specific insights, Simply Ask provides a flexible, user-focused solution to meet your needs.
2. Vacancy Export
The Vacancy Intake conversation profile now supports exporting outputs to a Vacancy Word document.
- This initial implementation is simple and unstyled, but customization is available upon request.
- Reach out to your Simply representative to incorporate your organization's branding or house style into the export format.
Expect ongoing improvements as we refine this feature to enhance usability and integration.
3. Multilingual CV Export
Take your recruitment game global with the new Multilingual CV Export functionality!
- Users can export CVs in a chosen language, even if it differs from the conversation or output language.
- Coming soon: This feature will also be available for the Vacancy Export functionality, broadening your multilingual capabilities.

- Salesforce Integration: Work is underway to deliver a native Salesforce application, enabling seamless integration with your existing workflows.
