Semantic Similarity
A mathematical algorithm compares the content of each candidate profile with the vacancy. Not based on exact keywords, but on meaning. 'Construction project manager' matches with 'civil engineering coordinator'. Deterministic, reproducible and fully explainable. The top 100 most relevant candidates advance.
Structured Scoring
Every candidate is scored on 6 weighted criteria: skills (45%), experience (20%), education (10%), industry (10%), language (10%), location (5%). Default weights based on academic research. Adjustable per organization to match your hiring needs.
AI Reranking
AI evaluates nuances that rules miss: career trajectory, domain transfer, learning potential. Bounded at ±10 points adjustment. Per candidate a written explanation of why points are added or deducted. You receive a full match report with EU AI Act compliance statement.
