Simply is ISO-27001 certified with continuous risk assessments, access policies, incident management, and regular external audits. Fully GDPR compliant with a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for every client, a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO), and a documented DPIA. All documentation including penetration test reports and security policies is available on request.

Is our conversation data used to train Simply's AI models?

No. Simply's AI models are never trained on individual client data. Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries remain completely separate from the training process. Client data resides in isolated environments with no technical connection to the training infrastructure. This is explicitly stated in the Data Processing Agreement.
