Feature Release: CV Conversion (Beta)

Over the past two months, our team has been working diligently to develop one of the most requested features; a standalone CV conversion tool. We are excited to announce that this feature is now available to all users in their Simply dashboard.

Accessing the Feature

The CV Conversion tool can be accessed in the Resumes module within your Simply dashboard. In this new view, users can upload candidate CVs in the following formats:

• .pdf

• .doc

• .docx

• .png

• .jpeg

• .jpg

After uploading, Simply's AI technology will analyze the candidate’s CV, extract relevant information, and apply it to any branded template that an organization has connected to its account. In less than one minute, users receive a fully converted, professional CV in Word format.

Simply Template CV

All users will have access to the Default Simply Template, designed to be professional and elegant. Users on paid plans can customize this template with their logo and brand colors upon request.

For organizations looking to integrate their own branded CV templates, we offer customization services for a one-time fee. Contact your Simply representative for further details.

Settings

The Resumes feature now has its own dedicated tab within the Settings page. Here, users can adjust the output language of CV exports.

Credits System

With the introduction of CV Conversion, we are implementing a credit-based system for all of Simply's export features, ensuring fair and reasonable use within user's paid plans.

How It Works

Users on a paid Simply plan receive a free monthly credit quota, equal to the number of hours in their plan. For example, Pro plan users receive 40 free credits (exports) per month. Credits are pooled at the organizational level, allowing flexibility in distribution. If one Pro user only spends 20 credits in a given month, other users in the organization can use the remaining balance.

Note: The credit balance is not yet visible in the dashboard but will be added soon.

Our focus for the next two months includes:

• Developing additional conversation profiles for recruitment needs, such as interim job intake and candidate evaluations.

• Completing our dedicated SalesForce app, enabling SalesForce ATS users to access Simply’s features directly within their system.
